My lessons Rather than teaching students how to memorise mark schemes, I focus on helping them understand the reasoning behind every concept. Lessons are personalised around each student's goals and involve: • Breaking down difficult topics into clear frameworks • Reviewing IA drafts and providing constructive feedback • Practising IB-style data-based and extended-response questions • Improving scientific explanations and evaluation skills • Developing effective revision schedules before examinations Students also receive structured notes, annotated model answers and practical study techniques that I personally used throughout the IB programme and continue to rely on in medical school. Who my lessons are for ✓ Students aiming for a 6 or 7 in Biology or Chemistry ✓ Students who need guidance with Internal Assessments ✓ Students preparing for final IB examinations ✓ Students looking for support with Theory of Knowledge or the Extended Essay ✓ Students who want to improve both confidence and academic performance throughout the IB journey I believe that the IB is designed to reward curiosity rather than rote learning. My goal is to help students become independent thinkers who not only achieve excellent results but also develop the analytical skills that will continue to benefit them beyond school.
