I'm Ethan Tan, a Year 2 Medicine student at the National University of Singapore (NUS) who enjoys helping Secondary and Junior College students build confidence and excel in Mathematics. Throughout my own academic journey, I've learnt that consistent improvement comes from having the right guidance, plenty of practice and the confidence to ask questions without fear of making mistakes. Every lesson is tailored to the individual student. Whether you're trying to strengthen your foundations, catch up on schoolwork or work towards an A1 at O-Levels or an A at A-Levels, lessons are paced according to your learning style and focused on building genuine understanding rather than short-term memorisation. Over the past two years, I have worked with Secondary and Junior College students preparing for O-Level Elementary Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and H2 Mathematics. Outside lesson hours, I'm happy to answer short questions whenever students need clarification, helping them stay on track with their revision and school assignments. My goal isn't just to improve grades—it's to help students become more confident, independent learners who know how to tackle Mathematics with the right approach.
